Move Out
If you are interested in vacating your unit please write a notice (link under "Current Tenants") and mail it via US mail (to the address your rent is due) or make an appointment to drop it off with a manager (manager contact information is listed under "Contact"). Please include in your written notice, your full name, unit address and unit number, the date you wish to vacate and hand/ink sign and date.

Occupant Application Fee: $40
Occupant Guarantor Application Fee: $20
Holding Deposit: $500 - $1,000

Below you will find a New Application, and a Guarantee Form. Please keep in mind, we will need an application for each occupant and an application AND guarantee form for each guarantee (the application allows us to run credit, the guarantee form is an attachment to the lease).
If an individual does not have established credit they may be able to use a guarantee to qualify (depending on credit). We charge a $40 fee for each occupant application/ to run credit and $20 for each guarantee (for an individual who has a guarantee that would require $60: $40 for the occupant/ $20 for the guarantee).
